Evan Conley, D.D.S. is a General Dentist, and the sole proprietor of Evan J. Conley, DDS. He is a life-long WNY native, having grown up in Gasport, NY. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo, going on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he achieved numerous clinical excellence and leadership awards. Following dental school, he completed a 2-year General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center, where he still works part time as an Attending Dentist in ECMC’s Department of Dentistry, Division of Oral Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics; treating medically complex patients and teaching dental residents who are training in the residency program. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, as well as the Erie County and Niagara County Dental Societies. Dr. Conley holds leadership positions within both the New York State Dental Association and the Eighth District Dental Society. When he is not providing comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages and levels of need, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, cycling, golfing, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.
